PLACE A CUSTOM DAPPER SKELETON ORDER

 

ORDERING PROCESS:

  • Email us an existing photograph of your choice, or any other love you may have.  Please feel free to send more than one image if you need help editing to Shop@localmARTket.com

  • Next, we mock up your best image.  Then we send it back for your approval.  

  • Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your mock up.  

  • Once you approve, you will be sent a custom link to purchase your custom order.

  • After payment, we start production.  

  • Please allow 7-10 days for us to print, frame, and deliver your new custom artwork.

TIPS:

  • Make sure photo is close to professionally done. 

  • Try to have straight-on images.

  • Image file should be at least, or close to 2MB.

  • The better the picture quality, the better the framed print quality.

  • Average custom artwork measures: 19" x 13" x 2"

How Do I Place An Order?

 

You can simply click on as many images as you would like to purchase and then click on your shopping cart to see the total items ordered and check out by paying online with a credit/debit card via PAY PAL. If you are an existing client, you are welcome to email us your order to info@rustixunlimited.com and by all means call us if you have any questions regarding any item, availability and/or custom orders.

 

We are continually coming up with NEW pieces so not all of them may be on our website.

 

Please Note: Orders received after 12:00 P.M. Central Time will normally be processed the following day. Orders are shipped within 3 days of processing unless item is in-stock. If your order is time sensitive, please call for estimated delivery date.

Checks may be accepted from other countries with approval. Please contact us at thepgaclub@gmail.com. All fees associated with collection of foreign checks are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Wire Transfer: You may transfer your payment directly to our bank account. Please call or email us for bank account details.

 

You are responsible for any associated fees and please contact Chase Bank when the transfer is actually made.

 

Purchase Order: We will accept an official business purchase order including PO number as proof of payment from the countries/regions listed below. We will process and ship your order along with an invoice payable by one of the methods above.

We accept CHECKS, CASH, VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. All currency in U.S. Dollars Please. We also use Paypal Secured for credit and debit transactions either on site or over the telephone. This method is very safe, fast and convenient. You get your proof of payment via phone text or email almost immediately.

Shipping and Handling costs vary according to destination via UPS, FedEx, Ground USPS or Rustix Unlimited Van Delivery. Anywhere in Texas, UPS will charge approximately $12.00 for every One Dozen 12"x18"  framed litho-prints.

 

Returns & Refunds 

 

Rustix Unlimited is committed to providing value to every customer. Unlike most custom framed print companies we offer 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. We allow our customers to return any product within 15 days of purchase. The following guidelines and instructions must be followed in order to process a return:

 

    Your request for a return must be made within 15 days of the invoice date.

    Return requests must be made by calling 210 514 2955, or by sending an email to Customer Service at info@rustixunlimited.com

    Return requests must include the product purchased, the purchase date, the invoice number, and the reason for the return.

    Once your return request is authorized, you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Each return MUST have a RMA number. Please write down the RMA number outside of the box when you return your merchandise. This will enable us to process the return accurately and with a minimum of delay. Returns received without an RMA number will not be processed. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days.

    When returning product, we recommend the use of a carrier that tracks packages. Rustix Unlimited Co. is not responsible for return shipping costs or for returned merchandise lost in transit.

    All return (s) must have the original packaging.

    Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
